Returns, Refunds, Cancellations  & Exchanges

At Ayvenzza, we are committed to delivering pure, natural, and high-quality Ayurvedic haircare and skincare products. Your trust matters to us, and we ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong, expired, damaged, or incomplete order, we are here to assist you.

If you have received an incorrect or expired product, you must raise a return or replacement request within seven days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged, tampered, or missing products, the request must be raised within two days from the delivery date. You can contact us through our customer support channel and share your order details along with relevant images for faster processing. Once your request is received, please allow us two working days to review it.

After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner. If reverse pickup service is not available in your location, you may ship the product to us through a reliable courier service. Upon verification, we will reimburse reasonable courier charges. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it. If the product meets our return conditions, we will initiate a replacement or refund. Please note that replacement depends on stock availability.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the wrong product was delivered, the product was expired, the packaging was physically damaged or tampered with, or items were missing from the order. We do not accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or altered, if the original packaging or labels are missing, or if the request is raised beyond the specified return window.

For order cancellations, you may cancel your order from the My Account section before the order status changes to “Ready to Ship.” Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Ayvenzza reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for verification or operational reasons.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details to receive the refund. In the case of returns, refunds are processed only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection process. The complete return and refund process may take up to two weeks from the date of pickup.

You may also return part of your order if the product meets our return conditions and the request is raised within seven days of delivery.
